PIXELDEPTH ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use any of our games or applications ("our products"), across mobile and PC platforms.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect personal data. The only data that may be transmitted off your device is:

• Crash Reports: Anonymous diagnostic information collected automatically when our products crash, used to identify and fix bugs. Crash reports do not contain personally identifiable information.
• Anonymous Usage Statistics: Where supported by the platform, our products may transmit aggregate, anonymous performance metrics (frame rate, session length, store version, etc.) to help us improve quality. This data is not linked to your identity.
• Advertising Data (mobile only): If a mobile product offers opt-in ads via Google AdMob, AdMob may collect data per its own privacy policy. PC products contain no ads.

2. Save Data

Your game progress and save files are stored as follows:

• Mobile: Saved locally on your device.
• PC (Steam): Saved locally on your machine. If you have Steam Cloud enabled, your saves are also synchronised through Steam Cloud, which is part of your Steam account and governed by Valve's privacy policy. PIXELDEPTH does not have access to your Steam Cloud data.
• PC (other storefronts): Saved locally on your machine. PIXELDEPTH does not transmit save data to any third party.

3. How We Use Your Information

The limited information described above is used solely to:

• Diagnose and fix crashes and bugs.
• Understand aggregate, anonymous performance trends across platforms.
• Display opt-in ads through AdMob (mobile products only).

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share data with third parties for marketing purposes. The only data leaving our products goes to:

• Crash reporting and analytics providers acting on our behalf to deliver the services described above.
• The platform you are playing on (e.g. Steam, Apple App Store, Google Play) for store, achievement, cloud-save, or other first-party features you have opted into.
• Google AdMob, only if you have opted into ads in a mobile product.

5. Third-Party Services

Our products integrate with platform services and, in mobile products, advertising networks. Each operates under its own privacy policy:

• Steam (Valve) — for PC products, store, friends, achievements, and Steam Cloud saves. Steam Privacy Policy.
• Apple App Store / Google Play — for mobile products, store distribution and platform services.
• Google AdMob — for opt-in advertising in mobile products. Google Privacy Policy.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third parties.

6. Advertising and Opt-In Ads (Mobile Products Only)

Some of our mobile products feature opt-in ads through Google AdMob. These ads do not need to be clicked. Where they appear they cannot be disabled in-app, but they are only shown when you have opted in. PC products do not contain any advertising.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable security measures to protect any data passing through our products from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Because we do not collect personal data, there is generally no need to request access, corrections, or deletion. If you have opted into mobile ads or platform features that involve third parties (Steam, Apple, Google), please consult those providers' tools for managing your data with them. You can disable Steam Cloud sync from within the Steam client at any time.

9. Children's Privacy

Our products are designed for users of all ages, including children. We do not collect personal data from users, including children under the age of 13. Our products contain no mature themes or inappropriate content. If a parent or guardian believes that their child has provided any personal information, they can contact us and we will take prompt action.
